This policy applies to the services provider/customer who avails any of the services offered by goconsult through any of its platforms (web, app and/or call center) by making a payment to goconsult.services (goconsult).
2. GoConsult reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to have read the terms and conditions before using the service.
3. The non-refundable annual subscription is Rs.10,000/- per area of service to be provided/offered through GoConsult by the service provider/customer. GoConsult reserves the right to revise the amount of subscription or add any other charges for any additional services offered by GoConsult and availed by the service provider/customer, at any time without giving prior notice.
4. The payment of subscription or other charges will be through the proper banking channel. After an application form is duly filled in by the service provider/customer, the bank account details of goconsult will appear on the screen for payment through cash deposit in bank or through crossed cheque / pay order / demand draft.
5. After making payment, the service provider/customer (applicant) will send the deposit receipt to a whatsapp number mentioned as helpline on screen. When its payment is acknowledged as verified from bank, the profile of service provider/customer will appear on the screen as registered and a message will be sent at its contact number.
